|
SERVICES PROVIDED Residential Services: · Provide residential services for people with developmental disabilities twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. · Assist persons served in community integration and self-sufficiency.
Day Support: · These services provide training in skills needed to help persons served further their ability to function more independently in the community. The organization defines the scope of services based on the indentified needs and desires of the persons receiving services.
Respite: · Provide a setting where families may leave their own person with developmental disabilities while they are involved in other activities. · Prevent the need for out-of-home placement. · Provide care and activities for individuals who are receiving respite.
Supported Employment: · Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in selecting appropriate employment. · Provide individual training and support needed for persons served to maintain employment. · Assist persons served in obtaining increased hours, benefits, and pay.
INPUT In an effort to assess effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction, D.C.R.A. engages in a continuing process of obtaining input from persons served and other stakeholders. |
